Organizer

The Organizer is MWNote’s manual note management tool. It presents a unified view of your entire note collection, showing notes from Active, Inactive, and Archive in a single interface. You can see each note’s stage, last modified date, and current status in the automated Cleaner process.

Press CTRL+H to open Organizer. From here you can:

• View all notes across stages.
• Move notes between stages manually.
• Delete notes instantly, bypassing Cleaner’s schedule.

While Cleaner automates organization based on usage patterns, Organizer gives you full manual control. Use it to delete unneeded notes immediately or preserve important ones by moving them to Archive.
